Die aktuell umhergehende Erkältungswelle hat mich ebenfalls erwischt und deshalb wird der angedachte Start von Mittwoch den 25.02. auf Freitag den 06.03. verlegt. Gerne darf man sich am ersten Tag, oder auch auf späteren Abschnitten, für ein kurzes Stück anschließen.
Die erste Woche werde ich begleitet von Alexander Diehm. Darauf folgen drei Wochen allein, bis dann Anfang April Alexander Kail dazu stößt und die Tour bis zum Ende begleitet. Die Route durch Deutschland verläuft von Frickingen nach Ulm, Donauwörth, Erlangen, Bamberg, Ilmenau, Erfurt, Wernigerode, Lüneburg, Bübeck bis nach Fehmarn.
Da für keine der beiden Brücken in Dänemark eine Genehmigung eingeholt werden konnte bzw. diese verweigert wurde, wird es zwei Stellen geben, an denen gepaddelt werden muss. Wichtig dabei ist, dass jeder Meter aus eigener Kraft zurückgelegt wird. Fähren oder sonstige motorisierten Hilfsmittel kommen auf dem Wasser nicht in Frage. Das Boot und auch das Begleitfahrzeug für die Meerenge von Elsinore nach Helsingborg sind bereits organisiert. Für die Stelle Puttgarden nach Rodbyhaven wird derzeit noch auf Antworten gewartet.
Zu den Beschwerden in meiner Hüfte konnten leider nicht einmal mit den MRT-Bildern genaue Aussagen gemacht werden. Vermutlich war es eine Entzündung im Gelenk, die durch eine Fehlstellung der Hüfte verursacht wurde, die auf eine einseitige Beladung des Rucksacks zurückzuführen ist. Da die Erkältung noch nicht weitgenug abgeklungen ist, konnten noch keine Testläufe durchgeführt werden. Ich hoffe sehr, dass die Hüftbeschwerden ausbleiben und die bevorstehenden 4000 km schmerzfrei zurückgelegt werden können.
Ich freue mich schon sehr darauf. Die Motivation ist hoch!
